Lazy Sunday

Just checking in quickly today to say hello and share a bit of our lazy day. We threw Ella’s third birthday party yesterday afternoon and after all the prep and festivities, we are exhausted. So this morning we decided to make a nice breakfast, linger around the house, and explore new toys. Now it’s naptime for the girlies and a little crochet time for me. I think we’ll put in the first Christmas movie of the season too. I can’t wait any longer.

I feel like we’ve finally jumped the last hurdle of the past month and a half. Mid September up until now has been one event after another. I wasn’t sure how we’d get through it all. Two weddings, two first airplane flights, vacation in San Francisco with two little girls, a few birthdays, a trip to the pumpkin patch, a princess party, doctors appointments, and a sudden trip to the children’s ER. And most of these things I have yet to blog about! But that’ll be another day.

Right now I am off to relax.
