The man of our house turned 27 today. This evening we went out to celebrate. We dined at St. Francis, maybe kissed a little bit in the bathroom, then headed on to Churn for ice cream, cookies, and the boy’s special request – an affogato. We even got a little rain on the drive home.
The boy was dapper and handsome and winsome.
Happy Birthday, my love. So grateful we share this world together. Happy Birthday, Happy Birthday.

Thanks for making this birthday possibly one of the best yet. A quiet (translate to kid free) and simple dinner with you is a birthday wish come true.
Yeay! Happy Birthday Anthony! He can pull of the bowtie, which I imagine is hard to do these days. Though he looks kind of like a Jonas brother in that outfit… not that I know who the Jonas brothers are (hahahahaha). Great pictures! I’m so thankful you post all of this, it keeps us up to date while an ocean away.
