This Week in Instagrams
May 22nd, 2011

Hi all! Did you have a good weekend?
We had a very busy one but I’m still sorry to see it go. This whole week has been long and I honestly can’t even remember Monday or Tuesday.
I do remember Wednesday though, because the girls and I had a fun Girls’ Day Out. I woke up Ella Faye and told her we were going to “breffast” and having a Girls’ Day Out. (All day long she referred to it as “time out,” then finally after her nap she told Ant, “Iss not time out. We didda not do time outs.”)

It was cold (could you believe it??) and windy and the perfect day to get outside and soak up the crazy change in weather. We went to our favorite breakfast spot, Wildflower Bread Co. and shared some eggs and a pumpkin chocolate chip muffin. Their lemon ricotta pancakes are the bestbest but I felt it would be too mean to get those when Daddy was stuck at work. After breakfast we made a little shopping run. It was a nice morning out with my girls.

Thursday evening, Ant and I went on a yoga date – our first official class! It kind of kicked my butt, but I liked it!
The rest of the weekend looked like this:

Any free time this weekend was spent working on the blog redesign. Here’s a peek:

I’m having so much fun putting this all together!! I’m really clueless on how to get it active, but the design part? I love it. A girl after my sister’s heart. It’s taking me a while because I am a perfectionist but I think we’re almost there. Hopefully this week this space will finally be getting a makeover!
Today was just about the busiest day we’ve had in a long time. This morning we went to church, dropped the kiddos at my parents, and went to our next yoga class. I think I might be a little addicted now. I can’t wait for the next class. We’d planned to go to the Peach Festival but it was so hot by noon that we opted for a little trip out for lunch and a walk around some shops. Then it was to my parents’ house for a giant barbecue courtesy of my uncle. We ate a ton! It’s a wonder I’m not slumped over this computer right now. Maybe I’ll jusssssssssss
